Over 100 couples celebrating 50 and 60 years of marriage were on hand for the Oct. 2 Mass. Archbishop Wilton D. Gregory was the main celebrant and homilist for the liturgy.

Albert and Regina Fuehrer of St. Andrew Church, Roswell, were one of the 95 couples in the archdiocese celebrating 50 years of marriage this year. The Fuehrers were married on Nov. 19, 1960 at St. Lawrence O'Toole Church, Brewster, N.Y.

Tony and Nancy Kanicki of St. Catherine of Siena Church, Kennesaw, renew their wedding vows. The couple married on July 16, 1960 at St. Hyacinth Church, Bay City, Mich.

An emotional Joan Sawicki of Holy Family Church, Marietta, stands beside her husband Richard as he renews his vows. The couple will be married 60 years on the twenty-first of this month.
